In order to actively contribute to the fight against corruption, Strada dei Parchi S.p.A. has implemented, as a tool for proactive management of corruption risk and strengthening the culture of legality, a “Management System for the Prevention of Corruption.” The Company has also determined and made available specific resources (human, physical and financial) necessary for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of this Management System. The Policy is prepared to provide a useful framework for the identification, review, and achievement of anti-corruption objectives defined consistent with the Policy. The company adopts the Policy without derogation and adopts any additional prevention and control tools to deal with its specific risks and regulate the processes characteristic of its activities, having specific regard to the legal and operational context of reference. The company publishes, on its website, a copy of the Policy.
