Strada dei Parchi, in order to offer high quality service in traveler assistance, has set up an Operations Room, active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Operations Room, a veritable “control tower,” monitors the highway road system, provides traffic information to users and coordinates the various company areas that carry out traffic assistance activities, with the synergy and cooperation of the Traffic Police, Fire Brigade, Traffic Auxiliaries, personnel of the three Highway Safety Centers, the four Plant Units and the Collectors on duty at the 28 Motorway Stations located along the A24 and A25 highways.
