I, the undersigned Geom. Igino Lai, Operations Director of the Concessionaire Strada dei Parchi SpA (SdP)
WHEREAS
- that in order to ensure adequate safety standards for the traffic and the highway infrastructure, ordinary maintenance works must necessarily be carried out on the bridge edge safety barriers of the Salto 3, Zappino and Fratucci Viaducts present on the right edge of the west carriageway, with the possible replacement of the deteriorated anchorages, between progr. km 164+000 and progr. km 161+100 of the A25 Torano – Pescara freeway;
- that, in connection with the assessments made to reconcile the operational needs of the construction sites with the fluidity of highway traffic, the competent Coordinator of the 3rd Highway Safety Center of the Operations Department pointed out the need, in order to ensure the safety of highway users and the personnel assigned to the execution of the work, to provide for the necessary partialization of the highway roadway;

- the Decree 22.01.2019 “Identification of the procedure for reviewing, supplementing and affixing road signs intended for work activities that take place in the presence of vehicular traffic“
ORDER
from 19.02.2024 to 23.02.2024 the implementation of the following measure:
- Partialization of the westbound carriageway lane (via sx) between the A25 freeway’s km 164+000 c.ca and km 161+100 c.ca and the emergency lane (Tables 16 of DM 10.07.2002 – “lane closure on two-lane carriageway” and 15 of DM 10.07.2002 – “lane closure for emergency stop” ).
This Ordinance is made known to the public with the installation of the prescribed signs in accordance with the N.C.d.S. D.Lgs.n. 285 of 30/04/1992 and the Implementing Regulations set forth in D.P.R. 16/12/1992 n. 495 as amended and the Ministerial Decree of Infrastructure and Transport of July 10, 2002 as well as the relevant explanatory circulars on the subject.
The signaling devices adopted for the temporary signaling of the aforementioned deviations must be affixed and constantly maintained in efficiency by the Impresa Parchi Global Services SpA, which remains solely responsible, both in civil and criminal law, for any damage caused to third parties and property in dependence of defects or inefficiency of the signaling, relieving the Strada dei Parchi SpA Concessionaire from any claims or harassment, including judicial.
