WHEREAS
- that it is necessary to supplement the calendar regarding the bans for Exceptional Transport, beyond what the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport stipulated in Ministerial Decree No. 333 of Dec. 13, 2023 (“Guidelines and calendar for road traffic restrictions outside built-up areas for vehicles over 7.5 tons – year 2024”), published in G.U. General Series No. 303 of Dec. 30, 2023;
ORDER
for exceptional vehicles, or vehicles used for exceptional transport, with the exclusion of work vehicles circulating within the legal limits of total laden mass set by Article 10, paragraph 8, of Legislative Decree of April 30, 1992 No. 285 and subsequent amendments, it is prohibited to circulate on the A24 and A25 highways on the following days (which are in addition to the days of limitation of the 2024 calendar referred to in the said Decree):
- March 29, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m;
- March 30, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m;
- April 24, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m;
- June 1, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m;
- June 8, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m;
- June 15, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m;
- June 22, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m;
- June 29, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m;
- July 5, from 4 p.m. to midnight;
- July 6, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m;
- July 12, from 4 p.m. to midnight;
- July 13, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m;
- July 19, from 4 p.m. to midnight;
- July 20, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m;
- July 26, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. to midnight;
- July 27, from 00:00 to 08:00 and 16:00 to 24:00;
- July 28, from 06:00 to 07:00 and 22:00 to 24:00;
- August 2, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. to midnight;
- August 3, from 00:00 to 08:00 and 22:00 to 24:00;
- August 4, from 06:00 to 07:00 and 22:00 to 24:00;
