(Resolution art. 132\/2024) <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you have made a trip on the network operated by <strong>Strada dei Parchi (A24\/A25)<\/strong> and would like to file a complaint, you must enter the following <strong>mandatory data<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the <strong>identifying references of the user<\/strong> (first name, last name, address) and of the representative, if any, enclosing in this case the SIGNED proxy and an identity document of the user;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Identifying references of the <strong>trip made<\/strong> (entry toll gate, exit toll gate, date and time slot of transit, vehicle license plate);<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <strong>copy of the toll payment receipt<\/strong> or the number of the electronic toll device with which the transit was made;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <strong>description of the detected disservice<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">You can transmit the complaint by one of the following methods:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">By filling out the <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stradadeiparchi.it\/en\/customer-care\/complaints\/sending-a-complaint\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s4\">webform<\/span><\/a><\/strong><span class=\"s1\"> dedicated<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">by sending an email to the mailbox <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@stradadeiparchi.it\"><span class=\"s5\">info@stradadeiparchi.it<\/span><\/a><\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">by registered mail to the address: Strada dei Parchi Spa &#8211; Via Giulio Vincenzo Bona 105, 00156 Rome<span class=\"s6\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"button-assistenza\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stradadeiparchi.it\/en\/customer-care\/complaints\/sending-a-complaint\/\" rel=\"noopener\">FILL OUT THE WEBFORM<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><em><span class=\"s1\">The personal data requested will be processed in accordance with the <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><strong><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stradadeiparchi.it\/en\/statement-pursuant-to-article-13-of-european-regulation-no-679-2016-also-gdpr\/\">GDPR &#8211; European regulation no.679\/2016 <\/a><\/b><\/strong><\/span> <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Compensation in case of non-response<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Strada dei Parchi undertakes to <strong>provide a reasoned response to complaints received within 10 working days from the day of receipt, in at least 85% of cases, but no later than 30 days.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">In the event of failure to respond to the complaint, or late or unjustified response, the Customer shall be entitled to receive automatic compensation commensurate with the amount of tolls paid to the Concessionaire in an amount equal to<\/span><span class=\"s2\">l<\/span><span class=\"s1\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">30% in the case of a response provided between the 31st and 60th day after receipt of the complaint;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">50% in case of response given after the 61st day and in case of no response.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\"><em>It will be the responsibility of the Company to request the Users&#8217; bank account details for the purpose of payment of compensation by bank transfer, which will be made <strong>within 30 working days.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Compensation is not due in cases where:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">the complaint is not transmitted by the Client in the minimum manner and elements;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">the user has already been paid compensation for a similar claim involving the same trip;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">the toll has not been regularly paid.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Conciliation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">If you are not satisfied with the response, you may file, in person or through your proxy, a petition for conciliation through the platform <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/secure.autorita-trasporti.it\/ART_Login\/Intra\/DefaultB.aspx?app=conciliaweb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s4\">ConciliaWeb<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.
