Postage incurred will be reimbursed. <\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Reimbursement can also be claimed in the case of: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\"><strong>INCORRECT DETECTION OF VEHICLE CLASS<\/strong><b>. <\/b> <\/span><span class=\"s1\">The toll is calculated according to vehicle class, which depends on height and number of axles. Incorrect classification <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>may result in paying more than the amount due.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>INCORRECT TOLL CHARGE<\/strong><b><\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">INCORRECT CHANGE FROM AUTOMATIC CASH MACHINE<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">INCORRECT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD CHARGE<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">In these cases, in order to receive reimbursement, it is necessary to fill out the <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stradadeiparchi.it\/en\/customer-care\/toll-refund\/refund-request\/\"><span class=\"s6\">webform<\/span><\/a><\/strong><span class=\"s1\"> or send an e-mail to the mailbox <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@stradadeiparchi.it\"><span class=\"s7\">info@stradadeiparchi.it<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span><b> <\/b><span class=\"s1\">specifying:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul2\">\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">Transit data: date and time of transit, route traveled (entry\/exit) and vehicle license plate;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span class=\"s1\">the amount paid;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span class=\"s4\">IBAN and full address of the beneficiary <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><em>(Name, Tax Code, City, address, zip code, province)<\/em><i>; <\/i><\/span> <\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><em><span class=\"s1\">If paying by credit\/debit card, it is necessary to indicate the type of card used by specifying the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p6\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">If the anomaly is established, the refund will be credited within a maximum period of 30 days to the IBAN indicated by the customer<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"button-assistenza\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stradadeiparchi.it\/en\/customer-care\/toll-refund\/refund-request\/\" rel=\"noopener\">FILL OUT THE WEBFORM<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p10\"><em><span class=\"s9\">The personal data requested will be processed in accordance with the <\/span><\/em><span class=\"s1\"><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stradadeiparchi.it\/en\/statement-pursuant-to-article-13-of-european-regulation-no-679-2016-also-gdpr\/\">GDPR &#8211; European regulation no.679\/2016<\/a><\/strong><\/em><b><i><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reimbursement can be claimed in case of: CREDIT RECEIPT.
