An extraordinary abbey a stone’s throw from the A25: San Clemente a Casauria<\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/a>Among the gems not to be missed is the Abbey of San Clemente a Casauria, located a short distance from the Casauria\/Torre dei Passeri<\/strong> exit on the A25<\/strong>. Steeped in a thousand-year history of art and architecture, this abbey, located along the historic Centurelle-Montesecco Tratturo, returns to become a place of meeting and storytelling, There where shepherds sat<\/em>, to rediscover the soul of a civilization that sang of life, work and love.<\/p>\n

\nL’Aquila:<\/strong> The Museo Nazionale d’Abruzzo (MuNDA)<\/a> joins the initiative with the evening opening of the Mammoth Hall and the Borgo Rivera venue from 8 to 11 pm. It will be possible to participate in free guided tours at 8:30 pm and 10 pm. The symbolic cost for both entrances is 1 euro.
\nPescara:<\/strong> Gabriele D’Annunzio’s Birthplace Museum<\/strong> will extend its opening hours until 11 p.m. (with last entry at 10:30 p.m.), going beyond the 8 p.m. hours, and from 8 p.m. onward people will enter by paying a ticket at the price of 1 euro. Special opening also at the Museum of the Peoples of Abruzzo<\/strong><\/a> for the same symbolic price.
\nChieti:<\/strong> The National Archaeological Museum of Abruzzo Villa Frigerj<\/strong>, accessible for \u20ac1, is offering the guided tour \u201cObjects of Life: a journey between uses and functions,\u201d a journey among ancient artifacts to discover their uses and tell the story of the everyday life of millennia-old civilizations, at a cost of \u20ac5. At the Civitella Archaeological Museum<\/strong>, on the other hand, an experimental archaeology workshop is scheduled.<\/p>\n

Discovering the enchantment of Campli by night<\/h3>\n

The May 17, 2025 European Night of Museums offers yet another unmissable opportunity to explore Abruzzo’s cultural heritage: the extraordinary evening opening of the National Archaeological Museum in Campli<\/strong>, a few kilometers from Teramo. The museum will open its doors on Saturday, May 17, at 9 p.m. for an atmospheric nighttime guided tour of its rich collection. This will also be a unique opportunity to discover the picturesque village of Campli in its charming evening guise. The activity is designed for adults and families. The participation fee for the guided tour is 8 euros per person, plus a symbolic fee of 1 euro for museum admission.
