Gabriele\/Colledara section (Gran Sasso Tunnel)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For maintenance work in both arches of the Gran Sasso tunnels, <strong>the Assergi &#8211; Colledara\/San Gabriele highway section<\/strong> will be <strong>closed to traffic in both directions<\/strong> with the following schedule and procedures:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>from 22:00 on May 11 and 12 to 06:00 on the following days,<\/strong> <strong>the westbound carriageway will be closed to traffic in the direction of AQ\/A25\/RM.<\/strong> On these days and times, vehicles coming from Teramo\/Giulianova\/A14 heading towards L&#8217;Aquila\/Rome will have to exit the A24 via the Colledara\/San Gabriele interchange. For long distances and for heavy vehicles heading to L&#8217;Aquila\/Rome coming from Teramo\/Giulianova\/A14, it is advisable to use the alternative route consisting of the south carriageway of the A14 freeway to be driven in the direction of Bari until joining the west carriageway of the A25 and driving along it in the direction of Torano\/Roma; alternatively, it is advisable to exit the A25 freeway via the Bussi\/Popoli junction, drive along the SS153 and the SS17 (Piana di Navelli) until reaching the L&#8217;Aquila Est junction, enter the A24 and continue in the direction of L&#8217;Aquila Ovest\/Roma; further alternative route is as follows: exit the A24 freeway via the unmanned Basciano interchange, travel along the SS150 and SS80 to the Capannelle Pass and enter the A24 freeway at the L&#8217;Aquila Ovest interchange. Please note that the SS80 to Valico delle Capannelle is affected by the presence of several construction sites with possible inconvenience.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>from 10 p.m. on May 14 and 15 to 6 a.m. on the following days, the eastbound carriageway with TE direction will be closed to traffic.<\/strong>  On these days and times, vehicles coming from AQ\/A25\/RM and heading towards Teramo will have to exit the A24 at the Assergi Junction. For long-distance and heavy vehicles heading to Teramo\/Giulianova, it is recommended to use the alternative route consisting of the A25 Torano &#8211; Pescara freeway, continuing the journey on the A14 in the direction of Ancona until the Giulianova\/Teramo junction and, via the SS80 freeway, reach Teramo; alternatively, it is advisable to exit the A24 highway via the L&#8217;Aquila Est junction, travel along the SS17 and the SS153 (Piana di Navelli) until reaching the Bussi junction, enter the A25 and continue on the A14 towards A14 until the Giulianova junction to reach Teramo via the SS80 freeway; further alternative route is as follows: exit the A24 freeway at the L&#8217;Aquila Ovest junction, take the SS80 to the Capannelle Pass, continue along the SS150 and enter the A24 freeway via the unmanned Basciano interchange.
