The Sanctuary of Mentorella: an oasis of nature and spirituality just a stone’s throw from Rome

A few kilometers down the road from the Tivoli exit of the A24 highway, following a road that climbs up to the 1,200 meters of the Guadagnolo mountain, one arrives at the Sanctuary of Madonna delle Grazie, or Mentorella.
Beloved by John Paul II but also by Benedict XVI, it is a place nestled among oaks and holm oaks at the center of the story of St. Eustace’s conversion.
