Public Notice: by decree dated November 29-30, 2023, the Court of Rome, at the request of the Proponent and subject to the favorable opinion of the Commissioning Body, postponed the voting operations, establishing March 25, 2024 and March 26, 2024, as the initial and final dates, respectively, for the expression of the creditors’ vote, to be sent telematically to the following Certified Electronic Mail address of the procedure: stradadeiparchispa@pecconcordati.it
Social creditors who have not yet registered will be able to request via PEC, to be sent to the procedure’s PEC address, the access password to consult the procedure’s reserved area.
As a reminder, for those who have not communicated and/or activated digital domiciliation (Certified Electronic Mail), formal communications are made by filing with the Court Registry.
