Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001 introduced into the Italian legal system a system of administrative liability for entities-including corporations-for offenses committed in the interest or to the advantage of the Company by persons who hold positions of representation, administration or management of the Company.
The values of transparency and fairness that Strada dei Parchi puts in place in the conduct of its business and activities are the basis for the adoption of the 231 Organizational Model, aimed at preventing the commission of crimes and administrative offenses that can be carried out within the scope of the Company’s activities.
The Model, adopted by Strada dei Parchi to protect its position and image, the expectations of its shareholders and the work of its employees, is subject to a process of analysis of new offenses and with the aim of offering a version that is always updated over time.
