Strada dei Parchi and the Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga National Park Authority have inaugurated a new season under the banner of synergy, communication and protection of the territory.
Tommaso Navarra, president of the park, and Riccardo Mollo, CEO of SdP, tell us about it: together to take care of and foster the development of one of the most beautiful areas in Europe.
The Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga Park, through a statement, thank Strada dei Parchi for the willingness shown and the full synergy of action put in place:
The Park’s statement
These days, illustrative panels of the protected area bearing the institutional website “gran sassolagapark.it” were inaugurated along the A24 highway axis managed by Società Strada dei Parchi S.p.A. The panels, made free of charge by Società Strada dei Parchi S.p.A., feature the iconic image of the Gran Sasso d’Italia’s paretone, a photo donated to the Authority by photographer Roberto Mazzagatti. “We strongly wanted this installation,” says Park President Avv. Tommaso Navarra, “as an immediate tool for empathetic and direct communication with users of the highway axis that crosses our extraordinary territory. The reference to the institutional site will allow, for those who want to deepen, the best knowledge of the environmental matrices and exceptional naturalistic values present in the protected area through an agile but complete tool of first knowledge and immediate informative use. Our heartfelt thanks go to the Strada dei Parchi S.p.A. Company and Engineer Riccardo Mollo for the willingness shown and the full synergy of action put in place.”
“The panels are a symbol of the collaboration and understanding we have established with the Park,” says Strada dei Parchi CEO Eng. Riccardo Mollo, “in the knowledge that managing vital infrastructure such as the A24 and A25 in full respect of the environment that hosts them and its complex ecosystems requires teaming up with all the institutions involved.”
“gransassolagapark.it, it is a site made in “responsive” mode,” declares the President of the Park Avv. Tommaso Navarra “automatically adapting to all navigation devices (pc, tablet, smartphone). A site with high accessibility anytime and anywhere.”
