Customer Care

Others refunds

Reimbursement can be claimed in case of:

  • CREDIT RECEIPT. If the automatic cashier has not issued the change due, it will issue a receipt showing the amount of credit not disbursed. With the credit receipt you can obtain a refund in two ways:
    – at all toll booths on the A24 – A25 freeway, manned by toll collectors, by presenting the credit receipt;
    – by sending the original receipt to Strada dei Parchi Spa at Via Giulio Vincenzo Bona 105, 00156 Rome by communicating IBAN and full address of the beneficiary (Name, Tax Code, City, address, zip code, province).
    The credit receipt is a bearer bond: without the original, no refund can be made. Postage incurred will be reimbursed.

Reimbursement can also be claimed in the case of:

  • INCORRECT DETECTION OF VEHICLE CLASS. The toll is calculated according to vehicle class, which depends on height and number of axles. Incorrect classification may result in paying more than the amount due.
  • INCORRECT TOLL CHARGE
  • INCORRECT CHANGE FROM AUTOMATIC CASH MACHINE
  • INCORRECT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD CHARGE

In these cases, in order to receive reimbursement, it is necessary to fill out the webform or send an e-mail to the mailbox info@stradadeiparchi.it specifying:

  • Transit data: date and time of transit, route traveled (entry/exit) and vehicle license plate;
  • the amount paid;
  • IBAN and full address of the beneficiary (Name, Tax Code, City, address, zip code, province);
  • If paying by credit/debit card, it is necessary to indicate the type of card used by specifying the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card

If the anomaly is established, the refund will be credited within a maximum period of 30 days to the IBAN indicated by the customer
