1. How can I calculate the toll?
You can calculate the toll for your trip in the Calculate toll section of the website by selecting the entry station, the exit station and the class of your vehicle.
2. What should I do if I fail to pay the toll?
If you have a missed payment, you can consult the Customer Service section on our website to manage and resolve any issues that may have occurred during transit, or you can call 0641592470 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
3. What should I do if I didn't collect my ticket at the entry toll booth, it wasn't issued, or I lost it?
If you have lost your entrance ticket, have not collected it, or it has not been issued, the toll will be calculated by the furthest station for your vehicle class, and you will be issued a Non-Payment Report (RMPP) with the maximum amount, as required by art. 176/16 of the Highway Code. In these cases, in order to recalculate the toll for the actual distance traveled, you can send the appropriate declaration, accompanied by supporting documentation and an identity document, to the email address rmpp@stradadeiparchi.it. 4. How can I pay for unpaid tolls?
You can pay for unpaid tolls:
- On the website www.stradadeiparchi.it in the 'SERVICES' section "Pay for non-payment online" with a credit card or prepaid card at no additional cost;
- Bank transfer to STRADA DEI PARCHI S.p.A. at Poste Italiane S.p.A.

(indicating the unpaid toll number and license plate number in the reason for payment).
5. What happens if I can't pay the toll at the toll booth?
If you were unable to pay the toll at the toll booth and do not have the receipt of non-payment, you can contact us by email at rmpp@stradadeiparchi.it indicating the date and time of transit, vehicle license plate and route traveled or you can call 0641592470 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

7. I received a missed payment because I didn't have an entrance ticket. Do I have to pay the full amount?
No, you don't have to pay the full amount. You can simply pay the toll for the actual route traveled by submitting the declaration on our website www.stradadeiparchi.it in the Toll section of the Customer Service page, accompanied by supporting documentation and an identity document.
8. How long do I have to pay for unpaid tolls?
You have 15 days from the date the receipt is issued to pay without surcharges. After this deadline:
- The amount will be increased by the assessment fee
- You may receive a payment reminder
- You risk a fine of €87 to €344 and the deduction of 2 points from your license
9. How do I request a toll receipt that wasn't issued at the toll booth?
You can request a replacement toll receipt by completing the webform on our website www.stradadeiparchi.it in the Toll section of the Customer Service page.
10. I received a reminder for a shipment I don't recognize. What can I do?
If you have received a payment reminder for a transit you do not recognize, for example because you were not in the indicated area, the vehicle was not circulating, or for any other reason, you can send a notification to rmpp@stradadeiparchi.it, specifying the subject line:
Disavowal of unpaid toll number dated [date] – License plate [vehicle license plate]
The body of the email must include all information useful for processing the request, such as:
- the reasons for the disavowal,
- any supporting documents (e.g., declarations, receipts, certifications),
- a telephone number for any clarifications.
11. In which cases can I request a toll refund?
You can request a toll refund in the following cases:
- Overclassification (vehicle classified in a higher category)
- Incorrect toll charge

12. I didn't receive change at the toll booth and was issued a credit receipt. How can I request a refund?
You can request a refund for your credit receipt using one of the following methods:
- At all toll booths on the A24 - A25 motorway, manned by a toll collector, presenting the receipt in your possession.
- Send the original receipt to Strada dei Parchi Spa at Via Giulio Vincenzo Bona 105, 00156 Rome, providing the IBAN and full address of the beneficiary (Name, Tax Code, City, Address, Zip Code, Province) to which you wish to receive the credit.
The credit receipt is a bearer document. For this reason, we require the original document, without which we cannot process your refund request. We are also happy to reimburse you for the postage costs incurred.
13. What happens if I lose my credit receipt?
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
14. How long does it take to receive the refund?
The refund will be credited within a maximum of 30 days to the IBAN provided.
15. How can I request a toll invoice?
You can request simultaneous invoicing of tolls by following the procedure available at the following link. The invoice will be issued within 90 days of the request date. For specific information about your request, you can write to: fatturazione.pedaggi@stradadeiparchi.it
16. Where can I find the updated Service Charter?
The Service Charter is available on the Strada dei Parchi website and contains all of the concessionaire's commitments to users, including quality standards, reimbursement procedures, and communication channels.
