Calculate the toll

You can calculate the toll related to your trip. Go to the dedicated page, Calculate Toll, select the entry station, exit station and class of your vehicle.

Non-payment

When the toll is not paid, either in full or in part, a receipt is issued stating that the toll has not been paid, whether in operator-operated or automated highway lanes.

The receipt shows the Report of Failure to Pay Toll (RMPP) number, vehicle data (class and license plate) and transit data (date, time, exit and entry toll booth, amount to be paid).

In the event of a MISSING or UNCLAIMED TICKET, the toll is calculated, by law, in accordance with Article 176 of the Highway Code (CdS), from the farthest entry toll booth. The Customer is entitled to produce proof attesting to the actual toll booth of entry and/or produce statement ex art. 176 paragraph 16 Legislative Decree no. 285 of April 30, 1992 of the entry toll booth in order to obtain the recalculation of the toll related to the actual route traveled.

The amount due must be paid, without any surcharge, no later than 15 days from the date of issuance of the non-payment. After this deadline, the amount will be increased by assessment charges (Article 176 paragraph 11a of the New Highway Code).

Alternatively, you can pay:

  • By bank transfer payable to: STRADA DEI PARCHI S.p.A. at Poste Italiane S.p.A. / IBAN IT 70 U076 0103 2000 0003 7758 711 / BIC/SWIFT BPPIITRRXXX (indicating in the reason for payment license plate and no. missed payment);
  • at all toll booths on the A24 and A25 network in the operator operated ports only no later than 15 days from the date of issue;

Replacement Toll Receipt

If a payment receipt was not issued at the toll booth, you can request a replacement receipt by filling out the webform or by sending an e-mail to the mailbox info@stradadeiparchi.it indicating the date and time of the transit, route traveled (entry and exit), vehicle license plate and method of payment. If payment was made by credit card and/or ATM card, the type of card used must be indicated by specifying the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card.
