Customers who believe they have suffered damage on the motorway network managed by Strada dei Parchi S.p.A., assuming the concessionaire is liable, may submit a claim for damages via certified email to: stradadeiparchispa@legalmail.it

Personal data will be processed in compliance with current personal data protection regulations. To this end, we inform you that:
a) The data controller is Strada dei Parchi S.p.A.;
b) The purposes of processing will be exclusively the following:
(i) process your request, including by transmitting your requests and information to the judicial authorities or any interested third parties;
(ii) document the processing of your request to the supervisory authorities;
(iii) take legal action, where necessary to follow up on your report;
(iv) comply with any requests from judicial authorities.
c) The legal basis of the processing is:
(i) first and foremost, your consent, implicitly contained in the transmission of the request for compensation for damages. If you wish to revoke your consent, you can send a revocation ticket, which, however, will only be effective for the period following the revocation; Furthermore, if other legal bases among those identified below remain in place, the company will continue to process the data where strictly necessary to achieve the purpose pursued:
(ii) the execution of a contract, where your request can be configured as a request for contractual fulfillment;
(iii) fulfillment of the legal obligation to retain the complaint management contained in A.R.T. resolution no. 132/2024;
(iv) furthermore, for open cases aimed at reporting malfunctions of the A24 and A25 motorway system, the legal basis will be the need to perform a task of public interest in the capacity of motorway concessionaire.
d) The retention periods of our case. Responses containing your personal data will be no less than 24 months and in any case appropriate to the type of report and its consequences; in particular, with respect to the limitation periods and statutes of limitations for legal actions resulting from the rights you asserted. However, if it is not necessary to retain your personal data and ticket data to follow up on the report, they will be anonymized after this period.
e) The categories of data processed derive from the type of data you have sent us and may also be sensitive (health) or judicial depending on the types of interventions that will follow the specific report.
