Starting today, tolls that have not been paid by the due date—and for which “strada dei parchi” sends a reminder letter —can be paid via PagoPA. This new digital payment method replaces the postal payment slip that was previously included with the notices sent to users.
PagoPA Makes Payment Options Easier
Upon receiving the payment reminder letter, PagoPA comes into play: instead of a postal payment slip, the reminder letter will include the notice code, the CBILL code, and the QR code associated with the PagoPA payment. The amount can then be paid through dedicated digital channels, such as the IO app and the section of the PagoPA website dedicated to “strada dei parchi“, via online banking, or at post offices, banks, lottery outlets, tobacco shops, ATMs, and supermarkets. Payment can be made in cash, by card, or via bank account.
The process has been greatly simplified, and you can easily complete it using an iPhone or smartphone by scanning the QR code:

This update also applies to overdue payments for which reminder letters had already been sent in recent months. In these cases, users will receive a new notice allowing them to pay via the PagoPA system.
In any case, for letters already received, users may continue to use the postal payment slips already attached.
