The Duse-the Gem of the Vate, the jeweled chocolate goes to Milan

A preview in Pescara before leaving for Milan with destination Identità Golose: this is how La Duse – the Gemma del Vate, the jewel-like chocolate created by the creative flair of Abruzzo master pastry chef Federico Anzellotti, becomes an ambassador of taste and refinement.

After seducing the palates of the great of the earth with his special edition panettone presented on the occasion of the G7 in Ortigia and then reintroduced for the international event in Pescara, Anzellotti is betting this time on a chocolate jewel dedicated to Gabriele d’Annunzio and his inspirational muse Eleonora Duse.

A delicacy that is being showcased in Milan at the 20th edition of the international gastronomy convention Identità Golose where Federico Anzellotti is an “Ambassador of Taste” for the first time.

Anzellotti described the new chocolate as follows: “The Duse is a tribute I wanted to dedicate to Abruzzo. It is a work of art, a pleasure for the eyes and the palate. The sweetness of chocolate blends with craftsmanship, creating a unique sensory experience. A little treasure with the perfect taste to celebrate special moments. Its elegant and refined shape makes it a precious gift, an explosion of flavors that enchants the senses “.

The chocolate is reminiscent of a precious gem and, with packaging designed to turn it into a real jewel to give as a gift, it combines above all a flavor with an intensely Abruzzese taste. In fact, Peruvian dark chocolate laminated with pearlescent gold wraps a creamyAurum and a soft white chocolate with L ‘Aquila’s PDO saffron scented with Costa dei Trabocchi lemon.
