Strada dei Parchi and Retake Roma complete cleanup of Torre Angela area

Success of #Strada Facendo initiative, we take care of it together

Rome, May 29, 2021. Strada dei Parchi and Retake Roma collected about 8oo kg of garbage today and repainted an area of 600 square meters in the area adjacent to the Metro C Torre Angela station.

Strada dei Parchi thus contributed to #Strada Facendo, we take care of it together, an educational project that combines sustainability and civic sense and regenerated a neglected area. More than 50 people, including Retake volunteers, SdP staff and local citizens, worked to make the initiative a success. In addition to the personal commitment of its employees, the Society also donated a van to the Capitol-based non-profit organization.

The cleanup of the space went on throughout the morning with a full spirit of cooperation and awareness that many small gestures together, made by everyone, can make a difference and improve the livability of many areas.

We are really pleased with the work done this morning. We thank our colleagues present and the Retake volunteers with whom we look forward to working together again. The commitment we made today is one that is reflected every day in our work in the interest of our users ” emphasizes Riccardo Mollo, CEO of Strada dei Parchi.
