Due to maintenance work on Section 5 of Società Autostrade per l’Italia,there will be nighttime closures of the interchange between the A24 Rome – L’Aquila – Teramo and the A1 Milan–Naples Highway, according to the following schedule and procedures:
- from 10:00 p.m. on September 16 to 6:00 a.m. the following day, limited to travelers coming from Teramo;
- From 10:00 p.m. on September 17 to 6:00 a.m. the following day, limited to travelers arriving from Rome.
On the days and at the times listed above, vehicles coming from Rome are advised to take the G.R.A. and follow the signs for the A1 Highway — Rome North Junction — toward Florence; while traffic headed to Naples is advised to take the G.R.A. and follow the signs for the A1 Highway — Rome South Junction — toward Naples. Vehicles coming from Teramo and heading toward the A1 highway are advised to exit at the Lunghezza interchange, make a U-turn on local roads, and re-enter at the same interchange toward the A1 highway.
