New interactive totem of Strada dei Parchi born, reimbursement for construction delays also active

Bringing services closer to the customer, making them accessible at any time and in any place on the network: it is from this concrete need that the new interactive totem of Strada dei Parchi was born.

Not just a digital tool connected to the website, but a real physical point of contact, designed to accompany the user along the journey, even when they do not have personal devices or connection. A natural evolution of the Customer Service Portal that now finds a new dimension spread throughout the territory, in the Service Areas and soon also in the main commercial centers near the A24-A25 network.

A compendium of the site, at your fingertips

The totem represents an evolved synthesis of the website: a comprehensive, up-to-date and easily navigable information space designed to offer customers the same tools available online.

Within the interactive terminal it is possible to consult:

  • the latest news and updates on initiatives and events promoted in the area;
  • Real-time traffic information, showing current construction sites;
  • The list of closures scheduled for the following days;
  • the main contents of the site, organized in an intuitive and immediate way.

An information ecosystem designed to simplify the travel experience and ensure quick access to all useful information before, during and after transit.

The heart of the service: the Customer Service Portal

A central element of the totem is the Customer Service Portal, already a landmark on the website and now also available in physical form.

Through the terminal, the user can independently manage the main travel-related needs:

  • Pay any unpaid toll;
  • Apply for toll reimbursement;
  • Send reports or complaints;
  • Access procedures for claims or damages.

Features already established online are being extended to a wider audience, in line with the goal of ensuring an inclusive and accessible service for all network users.

Starting June 1, the new reimbursement service for construction sites and traffic blocks will be active

Also among the most notable new features is the new progressive reimbursement system for delays caused by scheduled construction sites and traffic stoppages.

Since June 1, a new dedicated webform has been available on both the website and the totem, allowing users to submit a request in a simple and direct way. A page on the website also explains the methods and criteria for using this new tool efficiently and consciously.

The new section “Reimbursement for delays due to construction sites and blocked traffic” is integrated within the Customer Service area and represents a further step forward in the transparency and quality of the service provided.

Innovation and proximity to the user

With the introduction of interactive totems, Strada dei Parchi reinforces its commitment to a service model that is ever closer to the needs of the user: accessible, transparent, and simplification-oriented.

A new way of understanding assistance, taking digital out of the home screen and turning it into a concrete presence along the way, accompanying each journey with useful tools, travel tips and directions, clear and immediately available.
