As of today, requesting toll billing from Parks Road is easier and more immediate and can be done from the comfort of home by sending an email.
Until yesterday, Customers of Strada dei Parchi who needed to obtain tax documentation of transit on our highways were required to send the coupons in original and cautiously even by registered mail, with considerable expenditure of time and money. From today, with the new coupons collected at the exit toll booth, it is possible to request the issuance of the invoice electronically. We explain how.
It is sufficient to keep the coupon collected at the exit station, which has a Unique Transit Code, consisting of 14 personalized, unique and unrepeatable alphanumeric characters (numbers and letters) that identifies that particular highway transit.
At this point, to request billing for tolls paid by cash, credit card, debit card or prepaid card, you need to connect to the page on our website where two options are available: either billing with the old coupons, which requires a step at the Post Office, or billing with the new coupon provided with a Unique Code. Once you have selected the “new coupon with unique transit code” option, simply:
- Fill out the downloadable form at the bottom of the page in its entirety.
- All data requested in this form are to be considered mandatory for the proper issuance of the invoice, including the Unique Code, the type of vehicle and license plate used for each route entered in the request, and the signature for assumption of responsibility for what is stated.
- Once completed, the form should be printed, signed and where applicable stamped; the form accompanied by all clearly legible scans or images of the transit certificates for which invoicing is requested, should be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address : fatturazione.pedaggi@stradadeiparchi.it (in jpg or pdf format for a combined total of 20 mb), alternatively by regular or registered mail, to: Strada dei Parchi S.p.A. Management Offices (Contextual Toll Invoicing) – Via G. V. Bona, 105 – 00156 ROMA.
Please remember to enter only transit attestations issued by the Strada dei Parchi S.p.A. Company; For billing requests for transit attestations that do not bear the header of Strada dei Parchi S.p.A., it is necessary to contact the respective Concessionary Companies. The request will be processed no later than 90 days after its receipt.
